Mortgages: Mortgages are a new concept in Turkey and they are only just becoming available. In the case of Solaris Villas, as they are off plan, a mortgage (from Turkish banks) is not available until final construction is completed. Most mortgages that are available are competitive and you can finance up to eighty percent of the cost of the villa.

Loans: There are several ways that you could take a loan for a Solaris Villa. These could include a re-mortgage of a UK property, a second mortgage or a loan. Depending on circumstances the loan could be unsecured, although in most cases a security will likely be necessary.

Our advice is that you shop around to get the best rate and look for a loan with no early repayment penalties as this would allow you the flexibility to take a mortgage in Turkey in the future or if your circumstances change, sell your villa for maximum profit and not pay any interest penalties on the loan.
